Does your job search have you feeling stressed? Have you found yourself becoming more negative in the face of setbacks?

Join us for "Mindfulness in the Job Search," a workshop that uses simple meditation exercises to develop a mindset that will allow you to be fully present in your busy life, while responding to challenges with kindness instead of judgement.

After completing this workshop, you will be able to:

1. Reduce your stress, expand your perception and improve your capacity to think outside the box in your job search.

2. Enhance your ability to feel grounded before interviews.

3. Respond with kindness instead of responding negatively to setbacks.

Facilitator

As a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction coach, trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Malka Yaacobi is passionate about helping people improve their lives. Having spent the majority of her life dedicated to music, mindfulness has enriched her own ability to connect with the spiritual side of music and has enhanced her performance. Professionally, Malka is committed to helping people surf the waves of the job search with curiosity and sense of openness to new ideas.
